Information + Instructions
At E Street Cafe, we don't take call-ins for open stage nights. The Tuesday sign up list is generally out by
6:30PM. Bob likes to start things off at 7:00PM; Sets are 10 minutes.
It's Open Stage; it's best if you can perform acoustically.
All the cafe's a
stage; and we're but merely coffee drinkers. Musicians, poets, comedians, monologists, and audiences are
welcome!
Sign up. Read the disclaimer. Play your music!

Tuesday Night At E Street
Robert Nanninga
Hailey at 3 dances
While daddy sings familiar folk songs
In a comfortable coffee shop
Just around the corner from everywhere
Symbiotic muses Hailey and her dad
Perform
Tuesday night at no mic open mic
Unplugged unpretentious
Spreading joy the old fashioned way
One chord at a time
New York Nate
Baritone of gravely gravitas
Set the bar high
With low tones
Somewhere between Tom Waits and Dave Matthews
Real. Like the rain falling outside
And just as needed
Tuesday night at no mic open mic
The minstrels gather
Under cloudy skies
And caffeinated commerce
Christine and Gema
Two groovy girls with one guitar
Soft and sensible
Sensual with simplicity
Casual with competance
Community
Unplugged unpretentious
Tuesday night at no mic open mic
Another dynamic duo
Performs
To a full house
Christine alone tells stories
Of grandfathers and lives lived
Pouring out her heart
For thos who would listen
Between key strokes and sips of conversation
Earnest and engaging
Lost in the lyrics of longing
Tuesday night at no mic open mic
Just around the corner from everywhere
Christine alone
Andy fresh from work
The picture of buttoned up conformity
Sans tie
Takes the stage by storm
Strong of voice
Singing of salvation
And the face of emptiness
Unplugged Unpretentious
A blend of covers and creations
Tuesday night at no mic open mic
Just around the corner from everywhere
The sound of community
